Our story
4 Caminos Mexican Restaurant
A Journey of Flavors, Resilience, and Community
The story of 4 Caminos began when Isabel Castellón, a woman with a bold spirit and a love for her Jalisco roots, took a chance on a dream.
Starting as an employee, she eventually became the owner, facing the challenges of a global pandemic with unwavering determination. She even traded meals for labor to renovate the restaurant!
Through community support and sheer resilience, Isabel transformed 4 Caminos into the vibrant hub it is today.
A Menu with a Story
Every dish at 4 Caminos is crafted with fresh, high-quality ingredients and infused with a unique blend of culinary traditions. The menu is a reflection of Isabel's personal journey, drawing inspiration from the diverse communities where she lived and the generous individuals who shared their cherished recipes.
Many of the dishes, like the enchiladas mexicanas and barbacoa de borrego, are inspired by specific people and moments in Isabel's life. Each bite tells a story, creating a dining experience that is both delicious and deeply meaningful.
